Billing:

KCC accepts checks, cash, and all major credit card payments. If you have a question regarding your billing statement, please call our office Monday thru Friday 8:00AM – 4:00 PM. A payment schedule is available for all events.

Deposit:

A deposit is required at the time of your booking. You are required to pay a 50% deposit on your facility and ceremony fee to secure a date. Wedding tents also require a 50% deposit.

Party Count:

To properly prepare for your event, we will ask for a preliminary count 30 days prior to the event. A final count will be needed 8 days before the event. Any additional changes are subject to additional charges.

Room Charge:

This charge includes usage of the room(s) for the day of your function, any KCC tables and chairs that you may need, and the accompanying tableware. set up and breakdown of these items is also included.

Rentals:

Specialty linens, tents, an led bar, plus more are available for an additional fee. Any applicable shipping/delivery charges may also apply.

Bar Service:

The Club provides bar service in compliance with the regulations imposed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. There are no outside alcoholic beverages permitted to be brought on KCC property. The bar service is charged on a consumption basis. A 20% gratuity will be added to cover the service of the bartenders. Contact the Bar Manager to make further arrangements and requests.

Service Vendors:

The Club provides a list of service vendors in the local area. These vendor services vary from disc-jockeys to bakers to firework displays. There is no obligation to use their services at KCC.

Decorating:

Decorating is permitted under the consultation of the Events Coordinator. It is not guaranteed that you will be permitted access to the venue on days prior to your event to decorate.

Wedding Ceremonies:

Ceremonies are welcome. Weddings which are smaller than 90 guests can be held in the Clubhouse overlooking the golf course or in “The Grove”, adjacent to the Clubhouse. Larger weddings can be held outside, with or without a wedding tent. Clients will be responsible for all ceremony arrangements.

Wedding Pictures:

You may choose to have some wedding pictures taken at the Club and on the golf course. Please make arrangements ahead of time with your photographer and KCC’s Event Coordinator.

Hours of access:

You will have access to the venue as early as you need on the day of your event. Events are permitted to run until 11 PM. events past 11 PM will require an additional fee. You are not guaranteed access to the venue days prior to your event.

Cancellation Policy:

Kittanning Country Club requires a non-refundable 50% deposit of the facility charge to hold a given date for a booking. The balance of the facility charge is due within 30 days of the event. Date changes and postponements will be discussed on an individual basis as it pertains to any deposit.

Special Requests:

We will do whatever we can to make your event most memorable. If you have something special in mind for your event, please let us know and we will be happy to try to assist you.
